Free Jack Russell Terrier Mix in Birmingham, AL

His name is Lux. He was found by a Good Samaritan next to railroad tracks. She saw them toss out a trash bag and when she stopped this sweet little dog was inside. Such a sad situation since this little girl only wants to be held and loved. She has never been house trained but she will walk on a leash. She is very sociable with other dogs, but bless her heart, she gets upset if other dogs come near her food. She?s been to vet and has had her shots, etc. The lady who found her has health problems and can?t keep her. Please help find a home for this girl. Thanks
